- "There's a new law in town, a handsome law. A law named Milo!"
- ―Milo
Milo finds a Siamese fighting fish, and uses his skills to intimidate Jocktopus and stop him from bullying everyone at school. But with the ninja at his side, Milo becomes hungry with power and eventually turns into the bullier.
After trying to save Albert Glass from being bullied, Jocktopus kicks Milo out of the tank and he lands in a fish bowl. Milo watches a ninja fight in the other tank, and convinces the winning ninja to help him get revenge on Jocktopus. After getting revenge, Milo becomes sheriff of Freshwater High and the ninja fish helps him to empty the school of the students and staff. Eventually, all the students and the staff (including some fish that don't go to Freshwater High) are put in fish bowls, but Bea and Oscar try to get Milo to let them free. Then Oscar pushes the fish bowls to the ground and let the students free. Milo realizes what he's done, and everything changes back to normal, except for one thing: Milo is left trapped in a fish bowl. Milo thinks that he needs curtains.
Kitt says that Stumpy has through new genre of "dyspraxia". Bunk'd says that he "what is that dysp- Dyspraxia"s. Stumpy puts a "Feel the Thunder Blazz" drink, the straw in the other side of his nose, and Bunk'd wears a drink pot for a hat. Stumpy puts his cooked saucage on the first side of his nose, and says that he's suffering at all. Bunk'd says that he "but of course"s. During the end logos, the male voice-over says that he reads the title with "ÊTRE PSYCHO RETAPÉ" (being translated in English "Being Psycho-Revamped") as he sticks, and laughs at the end.

- This was the first "Fish Hooks" episode broadcast in widescreen on Disney Channel UK.
- When Milo announces that he's the new sheriff, everyone starts cheering, and Bea's, Koi's and Albert Glass' teeth are shaped differently.
- And before Milo announces that he's the new sheriff, Shellsea's teeth are shaped differently as well.
- When all of the students are in fish bowls, one of Jocktopus' arms and part of Piranhica's hair can be seen outside the tank and spread across a bit of the shelf, due to an animation error.
- It seems strange why Milo, Oscar and Bea's other friends wouldn't go to Bea's school play.
- When Oscar pushed Jumbo Shrimp's fish tank off the shelf, the stones in his tank stayed in the same place, even when the tank fell on it's side.
